We are Hiring a Maintenance Person

Leenan Group of Companies is growing and Leenan Property Management is hiring. We are expanding and are looking for a Maintenance Person for minor renovations and repairs of rental units, as well as lawn care, snow removal and landscaping. The role will also include cleaning of units. The successful applicant will work on a team with our Customer Service Representatives and Area Coordinator to track budgets, and time allocated on each project.

We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, someone who is capable of problem-solving and bringing solutions to management and following processes and procedures.

The successful candidate will be familiar with using various software applications as Leenan Property Management operates digitally for the delivery of all its services. The successful candidate will be able to show their ability to do renovations and repairs.

Job Description and details include but are not limited to:

• Renovation and repair of rental properties;

• Cleaning rental units;

• Lawn mowing, snow removal, clearing leaves;

• Tracking hours and detailing records related to work;

• Taking direction from Team Members for the scope of work;

• Tracking and uploading invoices to our back-office;

• Tracking budgets for work; and

• Driving to and from various sites.

• Maintenance Person;

• Regina and surrounding area;

• Full-time Salary;

• Hours: 8 am - 5 pm;

• $39,500 / annum;

  • $50/month cell phone allowance;

  • $75/month gas allowance;

  • Benefits - Leenan Property Management pays 50% of the benefits premium; and,

  • 3 weeks paid vacation.

• A driver’s license and a vehicle are required; and,

• Must have their own work tools.
