I have been living in a Leenan property for about 7 months now. It took quite a bit to get in contact with someone and get a viewing of the place I wanted. But eventually I did, and started renting. I also went through 3 different staff who is taking care of my specific property. Regardless, if I have an issue I do get contacted quite quickly and everything is resolved. Also they accommodated some expenses for me when I signed a 12 month lease. If things stay the same, I am hoping for a smooth year 2 in this rental unit!

My wife and I were between homes, looking for a place to live. During this time we were in the hospital as my wife was giving birth to our first born child. Stressing about being in between homes, we went on a search to find a home for when we were released, we came across a Leenan Homes for rent.We called and they were immediately available and went above and beyond to get us into one of their homes. They ensured us that everything would be ready, not to stress and that they would have everything in order for us for when we were released from the hospital. When we arrived to the home, they were there to greet us, congratulate us and welcome us to our new home. As I said they went above and beyond.While we were the second family to live in this home, they did an amazing job with getting the house ready for us. Even though we were just looking for a house the details of each space in the house was incredible and very well thought out. The quality of the home was spectacular and could have not asked for a more perfect home for our new family.We are incredibly lucky to have found a home built by Leenan Homes. Most professional and personable property management company I’ve had the experience of working with. Additionally, I briefly lived in a building that Leenan managed and everything was immediately addressed, the premises were always clean and the building manager extremely responsive and so kind. I have recommended Leenan to a number of my real estate clients and they are always extremely satisfied with their services. You guys are great!
